The hotel's prime location allowed us to easily explore niagara falls state park, just a short walk away, and we loved being only a few minutes from the vibrant fallsview tourist area for dining and shopping, making our weekend adventure enjoyable.

I liked the room with a balcony. The location of the hotel was incredible - at a moderate distance from Old Falls Street. It was located in a nice enough area really close to Niagara Falls, The Bistro and restaurants, a right place for me.

Awesome stay with great staff!

We had such a good experience here! The place was super clean and modern. Lorette from the staff was a gem, always ready to help us out. Plus, the bar area was chill for grabbing drinks after a long day. The only thing was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, kinda annoying.

The family rooms were well-suited for our needs, great to enjoy some quality time together. Being so close to the falls was a fantastic plus. We loved taking a short drive to explore nearby attractions and made the most of our outings.

In my wife's opinion, the pool should definitely have been open. We planned our trip with five kids, hoping to keep them entertained. The staff could be friendlier to families making inquiries.

The king room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with effective air conditioning despite the windows not being operable. The location was slightly inconvenient, requiring a bit of walking to major attractions, and the food options were limited, lacking variety beyond cold meats. It feels like a budget choice in need of enhancements.

I appreciated the spacious room with a mini-fridge and microwave, convenient for our family. The indoor saltwater pool was a hit with my kids.

The hotel was close to the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino and Rainbow Bridge. We loved the boat tours. It was a fun way to enjoy the water. Great amenities. Highly recommend for a group getaway!

The only downside was the noise from nearby events that occasionally disturbed our quiet time in the room.

We had a great time during our three-night stay, especially enjoying the spacious king room and the delicious Starbucks coffee right at the hotel! The indoor pool was perfect, and the sun terrace provided some nice outdoor downtime. It did get a bit warm in the hallways, but it didn't spoil our fun at all ☀️
